The total surface area and lateal surface area of cylinder are 39300П/49 cm² and 4900П/7 cm² respectively.

Given, the volume of the cylinder is 2500П cm³

and its height is 49cm.

We know, volume of a cylinder is Пr²h

So, Пr²h = 2500П

Replacing h as 49cm, we get:

r²(49) = 2500

⇒ r² = 2500/49

⇒ r = 50/7                       [Square root of 50 and 7 is 2500 and 49]

So, radius r = (50/7) cm

Lateral  surface area is given by 2Пrh

It is equal to 2(50/7)(49)П = 4900П/7 cm²

Total surface area = Lateral Surface area + 2Пr²

= 4900П/7 + 2П(50/7)²

= 4900П/7 + 5000П/49

= 39300П/49 cm²
