Hiii friend,

HEIGHT OF THE CYLINDER = 8 CM

VOLUME OF CYLINDER = 308 cm³

πr²h = 308

22/7× r² × 8 = 308

r² = 308×7/176

r² = 12.25 cm

r = ✓12.25 = 3.5 cm

THEREFORE,

LATERAL SURFACE AREA OF CYLINDER = 2πrh = 2×22/7×3.5×8 = 176 CM².

TSA OF CYLINDER = 2πr(r+h) = 2×22/7×3.5(3.5+8) = 154/7(11.5) = 253 CM²

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)

Hi...☺

Here is your answer...✌
================================
Given that,
★Height of the cylinder, h = 8cm

★Volume of Cylinder, V= 308 cm³

πr²h = 308

(22/7)r²×8 = 308

=> r² = (308×7)/(22×8)

=> r² = 12.25

=> r = 3.5 cm

Now,

★Lateral surface area of cylinder = 2πrh

= 2×(22/7)×3.5×8

= 22×8

= 176 cm²

And,
★Total surface area of cylinder
= 2πrh + 2πr²

= 176 + 2×(22/7)×3.5×3.5

= 176 + 22×3.5

= 176 + 77

= 253 cm²
