π(r)^2h = 5544
22/7 × (r)^2 × 16 = 5544
352/7 × (r)^2 = 5544
352×r^2 =5544×7
r^2 =38808/352
r = √110.25
r = 10.5
radius = 10.5m
diameter = r×2
= 10.5×2
= 21m
