Volume of cylinder = 94.2 cm3

Height of cylinder = 6 cm

Now we have to find out the radius of base of cylinder. We know that :- Volume of cylinder = r² h Let radius of given cylinder be x. According to the question

94.2 = 1 * x2 x 6

94.2 = (22/7) x x² x 6

94.2x7 = 22 x x² x 6

659.4 = 132x x²

659.4/ 132 = x²

4.9 = x2

√(4.9) = x

2.2 ( approx) = x

Therefore, radius = 2.2 cm
