CSA=
2\pi \: rh = 2640

Divide equation 1 and 2
we get
 \frac{\pi \:  {r}^{2}h }{2\pi \: rh}  =  \frac{27720}{2640}
 \frac{r}{2}  =  \frac{21}{2} \\   \\ r = 21 \:  \: cm
Put in equation 2
We get
height=20cm
