The volume of a fixed mass of a gas at 300K is 10L.What will be the volume of the gas

if the temperature is doubled without changing the pressure​

Temperature= 300K

Volume= 10L

New temperature= 600K

New volume= ?

Now, by Charles law, we know that temperature is inversely proportional to  volume. Thus, V1T1=V2T2

Substituting values we get:

300*10=600*V2

3000/600=V2

Thus, V2=5L
