The coefficient of volume expansion of the liquid is 0.33\ m^3\ T^{-1} .

Given :

Volume of a liquid is 830 meter cube at 30 degree Celsius and  850 meter cube at 90 degree Celsius .

So , v_i=830\ m^3 and v_f=850\ m^3 .

And , T_i=30\ ^oC and T_f=90\ ^oC .

We know , increase in volume and temperature is related as :

\Delta\ V=\alpha\Delta\ T

So , \alpha=\dfrac{\Delta\ V}{\Delta\ T}

Putting all these value we get ,

\alpha=\dfrac{850-830}{90-30}\\\\\alpha=0.33\ m^3\ T^{-1}

Hence , this is the required solution .
