Heya !!!

Length of metallic cylinder = 14 cm

External radius (R) = 9 cm

Internal radius (r) = R1

Therefore,

Volume of metallic cylinder = πH ( R²-r²)

748 = 22/7 × 14 × { (9)² - (R1)² }

748 = 22 × 2 × ( 81 - R²1)

748 = 44 × ( 81 - R²1)

81 - R²1 = 748/44

81 - R²1 = 17

R²1 = 81 - 17

R²1 = 64

R1 = ✓64 = 8 cm

Internal radius (R1) = 8 cm

Therefore,

Thickness of metallic cylinder = External radius - Internal radius = 9 -8 = 1 cm

Hence,

Thickness of metallic cylinder is 1 cm

HOPE IT WILL HELP YOU..... :-)
