The volume of a rectangular parallelopiped is twice the volume of a cube. If the length, breadth and height of the parallelopiped are 9cm, 8cm and 6cm respectively, then find the length of each side of the cube and also its surface area.​

Answer:The length of each side = 6cm

surface area = 216cm

Step-by-step explanation:volume of a parallepoid = l x b x h

9 x 8 x 6 = 432

volume of the cube = 216 (432 divided by 2)

since volume of a cube = L raised to the power 3 then L  = cube root of 216 = 6

surface area of a cube = 6a^2

=6 x 6^2

= 216
