The volume of right and right circular cone is 115 cm³.

Explanation:

Formulas:

1. The formula to find the volume of right circular cylinder = \pi r^2h

, where r= Radius of cylinder.

h= Height of cylinder.

2. The formula to find the volume of right circular cone = \dfrac{1}{3}\pi r^2h

, where r= Radius of cone.

h= Height of cone.

Given : The volume of a right circular cylinder is 345 cm cube .

i.e. \pi r^2h=345   (From (1))

The radius of the base and height is same of circular cylinder and cone .

Then, the volume of right and right circular cone = \dfrac{1}{3}\pi r^2h

=\dfrac{1}{3}(345)=115\text{ cm}^3

Hence, the volume of right and right circular cone is 115 cm³.

Let radius of base of cylinder = rheight of cylinder = hNow, volume of cylinder = 345 cm3⇒πr2h =  345  .....(1)Now, radius of base of cone = radius of base of cylinder = rheight of cone = height of cylinder = hVolume of cone = 13πr2h = 13×345 = 115 cm3
