volume of the cylinder = pie r² h
                         4224   = pie r² h
                         4224   = 22/7 r² 21
         4224 * 7/ 22 * 21= r²
                               64 = r²
                             √64 = r
                               8   = r
total surface area of cylinder = 2 pie r h
                                              = 2 * 22/7 * 8 * 21
                                              = 2 * 22 * 8 * 3
                                              = 1056 cm²
Hope it will help you

Answer:

1458.12(approx.)

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of cylinder: 4224cm³

Height. : 21cm

Radius. : ?

Let radius be 'r'.

Then,

Volume. : πr²h

4224cm³. : 22/7*r²*21

r². : 4224*7/22*21= 64.

r. 8 cm. r=√64

Total surface area. : 2πr (h+r)

->>2*22/7*8(21+8)

->> 44*8/7(29)

50.28*29

1458.12cm²
