Hey there !!

Height of the Cylinder = 10cm

Radius of the Cylinder = r

Base area ,
\pi \: {r}^{2} = 154 \\ \\ = {r}^{2} \: = \frac{154 \times 7}{22} \\ = {r}^{2} = {7}^{2} \\ \\ = r = 7 \: cm

Volume of cylinder ,

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \times 10 \\  \\  = 22 \times 70 \\  \\  = 1540 \:  {cm}^{3}
Hope this would help u !!

The volume of a right circular cylinder whose circular base area is 154 sq. cm and height of 10 cm is 1540 cm³.

Given:

The circular base area of a circular cylinder is 154 sq. cm

and the height of the cylinder is 10 cm

To find:

The volume of a right circular cylinder

Solution:

Formula used:

The formula for the volume of a Right circular cylinder with the area of base and height is given by

Volume of a right circular cylinder= (Area of Base) × (Height)

Here we have

Area of the circular base area = 154 sq. cm

Height of the cylinder = 10 cm

By the given formula

The volume of the given right circular cylinder

= 154 sq. cm × 10 cm

= 1540 cubic cm

= 1540 cm³

Therefore,

The volume of a right circular cylinder whose circular base area is 154 sq. cm and height of 10 cm is 1540 cm³
