So, Volume of room = Volume of rectangle.

As we know that

→ Volume of room = l * b * h

→ 18 = l * b * h ..........(1)

Since the floor is also is in the shape of rectangle.

So, Area of floor = Aea of rectangle.

As we know that

→ Area of floor = length * breadth

→ Area of floor = l * b

→ 20 = l * b .............(2)

Now, put the value of equation (2) in equation (1),

→ 18 = l * b * h

→ 18 = 20 * h

→ 18 = 20h

→ 18 - 20h = 0

→ -20h = -18

→ 20h = 18

→ h = 18/20

→ h = 9/10

h = 0.9

Hence, the height of the room is 0.9 m.
