given:
mass of solid=200g
volume=80cm3
density of solid=mass/volume=200/80=2.5 g/cm3
density of water=1gm/cm3
so mass of water displaced =density water x volume of object
=1x80cm3=80gm
hence mass of water displaced when the solid is immersed in water is 80gm
But if the same solid is immersed in salt water then as density of salt  water is more so more amount of water will be displaced.
where as volume of water displaced by solid object in water and salt solution will be equal to its volume of object=80cm3

mass of ball= 200gm
volume of ball = 80 cm^3
the volume of water displaced by the ball will be equal to the volume of ball
therefore the volume of water displaced by the ball = 80 cm^3
