Hence, side = 10 m
Therefore, LSA of the room = 4a^2
= 4× 10× 10 = 400 sq.m
Area of door = 3×2 = 6 sq. m
Area of 3 windows = 3×3×1 = 9 sq. m
Area to be plastered = 400-9-6 = 385 sq. m
Cost of plastering for 1 sq. m = Rs. 30
Cost of plastering for 385 sq. m = Rs. 30×385
= Rs. 11550
