\underline\mathfrak\pink{Given:-}

  • The volume of cuboid is 1800cm³
  • it's length is 15cm and height is 12cm.

\large\underline\mathfrak{To \: find:-}

  • Find the breadth of the cuboid ....?

\large\underline\mathfrak\pink{Solutions:-}

  • Let the breadth of the cuboid be x cm.

  • Let the length = 15cm
  • height = 12cm

Volume of a cuboid = l × b × h

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: {1800} \: \: = \: \: {15} \: \times \: {x}  \: \times \:  {12}

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: {1800} \: \: = \: \: {180x}

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: {x} \: \: = \: \: \cancel{\frac{1800}{180}}

\: \: \: \: \: \leadsto \: \: {x} \: \: = \: \: {10}

Hence, the breadth of the cuboid is 10cm.

\underline\mathfrak\pink{More \: \: Important:-}

  1. Volume of cuboid = l × b × h
  2. Surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + hl)
  3. Surface area of 4 wall = 2(l + b) × h
  4. Diagonal of cuboid = √l² + b² + h²
  5. Height of cuboid = volume/base area
  6. Area of cuboid = volume/height

where,

  • a = area
  • d = diagonal
  • l = length
  • b = breadth
  • h = height
