Volume of cylinder =  2πr²h

156cm² = 2 × 22/7 × (x)² × 6 cm

156 cm² = 12 × 22/7 × (x)²

156 cm² = 264/7 × (x)²

156 × 7/264  = x²

1,092/264 = x²

4.13 = x²

√4.13 = x

As we known that we take the radius of the cylinder be x

So,

x = √4.13

So the radius of the base is √4.13 cm
