volume of cylinder = πr^(2)h
csa of cylinder = 2 πrh

πr^2h = 49896
π*r*r*h = 49896
π*h = 49896/r*r .... (1)

2 πrh = 4752
πrh = 2376
πh = 2376/r ..... (2)

from (1) & (2) ,
49896/r*r = 2376/r
by cross multiplication
49896*r = 2376*r*r
49896 = 2376 * r
49896/2376 = r
21 = r
