The volume of solution of beaker is 200 mL, but it was read as 280 mL. Find the per cent error

Answer:

actual volume of solution - 200mL

volum of solution with errored read-280 mL

Error=280-200=80

200-100%

80-x

x=80*100/200=40%

Error  \: Showing = 280 \:  ml

Error  \: Shown = 280 - 200 \\  = 80
