Volume of a cube = ( length of sides of cube )^{3}

Given , volume = (  29791÷216 ) = 137.921

or
 sides^{3} = 137.921

 Hence sides = \sqrt[3]{137.921} = 5.166 meters

Length of the measure of side = 5.166 meters

Given:

The volume of the cubical box is 29791/216 m³

To find:

Measure of side of cube

Solution:

As we know Volume of a cube V = a³

where a is the measure of the side of the cube

From given data volume of cube = 29791/216

Let's assume that length of the side of given box is s

Volume of the box = s³

From given data s³ = 29791/216

⇒ s = ∛29791/216

⇒ s = ∛(31)³/ (6)³

⇒ s = 31/6

⇒ s = 5.166 meters

Therefore, length of the measure of side = 5.166 meters
