39600=22/7×r²×14
39600=44×r²
39600/44=r²
900=r²
r=√900
r=30cm

Lateral surface area of cylinder=2πrh
=2×22/7×30×14
=2×22×30×2
=88×30
=2640cm²

Total surface area of cylinder=2πr(h+r)
=2×22/7×30(30+14)
=2×22/7×30×44
=44×44×30/7
=58080/7
=8297.14286
=8297.14(approx)
