Volume of right isoceles prism = 1000 cm^3

Length = 20 cm.

Area of one right triangular side = 1000/20 = 50 cm^2

1/2×a^2 = 50 => a^2 = 100 => a = 10 cm.

Base or hypotenuse of right triagular sides =>

√(100 + 100) = 10√2

Lateral surface area =>

(10 + 10 + 10√2)×20 = 682.84 cm^2.

Total surface area => 782.84 cm^2.
