the volume of water in a tank is twice of that
in the other. If we draw out 25 litres from
the First and add it to the other the volumes of
water in each tank.​

According to Question,

2x - 25 = x + 25

2x - x = 50

x = 50 = volume in second tank

now ,

volume of water in ist tank = 2x = 2(50) = 100 litres
