The volume of water in a tank is twice the other. If we take out 25 litres feom one and add it to the other they have the same volume. Find the volume of each tank

Let the volume in second tank be x.

This makes the volume in first tank=2x

Acc to ur question,

2x-25=x+25

x=50

2x=2×50=100litres

So volume of each tank is 100 and 50 litres respectively.
