pi*r*r*h = 224
22/7*r*r*15 = 224
r*r = 224 *7/22*1/15
r*r = 1568/330
r^2 = 4.75
r = sq.root of 4.75
r = 2.2 m
the base of the cylinder = 2*pi*r*h
= 2*22/7*2.2*7
= 96.8 m
