Volume of Cylinder=200cm³
Height of Cylinder=10cm

We know that cylinder Volume
=πr²h
A/Q
\pi {r}^{2} h = 200 \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{2}  \times 10 = 200 \\  =  {r }^{2}  =  \frac{200 \times 7}{22 \times 10}  \\  {r}^{2}  =  \frac{70}{11} \\
Radius²=70/11 cm

Base of Cylinder is Circle
Area of Circle=πr²
R²=70/11
area =  \frac{22}{7}  \times  \frac{70}{11}  \\  = 20 {cm}^{2}
Area of base=20cm²

(π=22/7),(r²=70/11)
