Heya Friend !!
Let volume of 1 M HCl (V)=x
1M HCl (V1) = xL
So Volume of 5M HCl (V2)=(2−x)L2
M HCl (V2)= (2−x) LLet :- M1=1M and M2=5M
We know thatMolarity of the mixture is given by the equation
M₁V₁ +M₂V₂ / V₁ +V₂ = M₃
(x + 5) (2-x) /2 = 2x+10−5x=4
Hence Volume of 1M HCl = 1.5Land Volume of 5MHCl
= (2−X)L
=(2−1.5L)
=0.5L
I expect it helps you
