Area to be plastered : CSA + area of ceiling

= 2h(l+b) + lb

= 2 × 3.5 ( 4.5 + 3 ) + (4.5) (3)

= 7 × 7.5 + 7.5

= 52.5 + 7.5

= 60m^2

cost = 60 × 12

= 720

It would require 720 rupees
