Answered in Detail:-

Diameter of the hemispherical tank=14m

Radius of the tank=14/2=7m

Total Volume of the tank=2/3πr3
=2/3×22/7×7×7×7
=718.666m3
=718666L

Amount of water already in the tank=50kL
=50/1000L
=0.05 L

Volume of water to be pumped into the tank=
Total volume of tank-Amount of water already in the tank=718666L -0.05L
=718665.95L
