Hi,
Water level increase in 1st year:
280000×8÷100
=22400
280000+22500
=302500liter
Water level increase in 2nd year:
302500×8÷100
=24200 liter
302500+24200
=326700 liter

Hi ..............
    water level increased  in 1 year = 280000 *8/100
                                                       =22400
                                                       = 280000 + 22400
                                                        = 302400
   water level increased in 2 year  = 302400 *8/100
                                                      = 24192
                                                      = 302400+24192
                                                       = 326592
there the water level after 2 years is 326592
