Then larger=x-10
Therefore , time given = 9 is to 3 by 8..
Therefore total time = 75/8 x 1/x
So portion tone filled in 75:8 hours= 75/8(x-10)
-> 75/8x+ 75/8(x-10)
By solving this quadratic equation you will get.
