The waterways are not developed in Brazil. Give geographical reasons

Still the Brazil is not activated the water ways is due to the low density area. Hence it is not n option to make it more water way and it fail to make more profit to the country.
Brazil has 20,000km of economically navigable water way and it active river transport and also provide coastal cottage is complete relatively below the development with no trouble of it.

2)The amount of total discharge of many rivers is very huge.

3)In Brazil, rigid topography is found at many places near river basins.Many of the areas near rivers are inaccessible.Therefore, (internal) waterways are not developed in Brazil.
