Frequency ( F ) = c / λ
where,
c = Speed of light in m/s
λ = Wavelength in m
Taking c = 3 * 10⁸ m/s
Given, λ = 1.0m
Substituting the values of c and λ ,
F = 3 * 10⁸ / 1.0
F = 3 * 10⁸ Hz
F = 300 MHz [ 1 MHz = 10 ⁶ Hz]
Hence,
Frequency is 300 MHz
