Frequency=1/wavelength. So frequency is 1 per second

As we know,

Frequency ( F ) = c / λ

where,

c = Speed of light in m/s

λ = Wavelength in m

Taking c = 3 * 10⁸ m/s

Given, λ = 1.0m

Substituting the values of c and λ ,

F = 3 * 10⁸ / 1.0

F =  3 * 10⁸ Hz

F = 300 MHz  [ 1 MHz = 10 ⁶  Hz]

Hence,

Frequency is 300 MHz
