De-Broglie wavelength of particle = photon's wavelength

h/mv=λ

Kinetic Energy=1/2mv

2

and energy of photon =hc/λ.

Ratio=

(hc/λ)

(1/2mv

2

)

Substitute λ=

mv

h

to get ratio comes out to be 3/8.
