Answer: A (Patricians)

Particians of the ancient Rome were considered as the wealthiest people.

According to history writers it is believed that patricians had powers and they ruled over plebeians who are small class people.

Plebeians is generally the working class which used to work for patricians and sometimes they both can get married if there is a wealthy plebeian among them.

But majority of the wealth was held by the patricians.
