  • According to certain experts Emperor Shihuangdi  had ordered for the creation of clay army.
  • These clay army were stationed in a 20 square mile tomb.
  • Life-size statues of horses and soldiers were found along with certain weapons like spears, swords, shields, battle-axes, arrowheads and crossbows.
  • These weapons were found to be very sharp and were coated with chromium oxide which kept them rust free as well as corrosion free even after being buried as long as 2000 years.
