the weather department has predicted that a thunderstrom is likely to occur on a certain day .. suppose you have to go out on that day ....would you carry an umbrella ? explain?​

As umbrella is a good conductor of electricity and so if you carry a umbrella it will attract the thunderstorm opposite terms attracting each other causing electric spark. Sorry,but i would recommend to not go out until the weather changes.
