The weight of a body is 50n what is its relative density ​

Let the body weigh in air be F1 = 50 N and in water be F2 = 40 N

F1 / F2 = 50/40

or Relative masses m1 / m2 = 5 / 4 ........ (Since, F = mg)

We know that, Density = Mass / Volume

But, the volume remains constant.

Thus,

Relative density = d1 / d2 = 5 / 4
