Archimedes Principle states that the Buoyant Force on a submerged object is equal to the Weight of the liquid (or fluid) displaced.

So, if Weight of the object is more than the weight of the liquid displaced, it means Weight or "mg" or the gravitational force of the body is comparatively more than the Bouyant force.

Thus, the object sink.

Hence the object will Not float, if the weight of the body is more than the Weight of the liquid displaced.
