The weight of a body on the earth's surface is 60N

We know that , the weight of an object on moon is nearly 1/6 th that on the surface of earth

Thus ,

Weight on the moon = (1/6) × 60

Weight on the moon = 10 kg

Hence , the weight of the object on the moon is 10 kg
