49N .. Use g=GM/R² and replace g' of another planet by M=2M & R=4R.. U will get the answer

Weight ∝ M / R²

W1 / W2 = (M1 / M2) × (R2 / R1)^2
W2 = W1 × (R1 / R2)^2 × (M2 / M1)
W2 = 392 × (R1 / (R1/4))^2 × (2M1 / M1)
W2 = 392 × 16 × 2
W2 = 12544 N = 12.544 kN

Weight of object at that planet will be 12.544 kN
