Answer: (c) 72 kg

Explanation:

When a person is at some height or falling downward with an accelartion then the force on the person equal

F =mg - ma

F =m(g -a )

On putting the values we get F = 96 (10 - 0.25)

= 720 N

As we know F =mg on ground

720 = m ×10

M=72 kg

Please note that ..96kg in ques is mass of the person and g is 10 m/s^(-2) in the solution

Thank you !!
