Weight of the pilot = original weight + apparant weight
=> weight of the pilot = mg + (-ma) (given :- a=g=9.8m/s^2)
=> weight of the pilot = 0
(apparant force is negative (-ma) because the force experienced by the pilot is on vertically upward direction , which is opposite to the direction of gravity )......
