so according to the condition of the question

the mass he can weigh at moon will increase the number of times that is less

means if his weight is 1/6 at moon means
the total mass of that on moon as on earth will decrease by 1/6 times
it means anything at moon of weight X will be lifted by man and it be
be of weight 6x at earth
and the person can lift that 6x weight

so the total weight he can lift will be 15*6

=90kg
because power doesn't change
