The weight of copper anode and zinc anode decreases because copper ions dissolved into the electrolyte, where as at cathode, tin ions get deposited. Therefore, the weight of copper anode increases and zinc anode decreases.

In the process of electrolysis reaction, such as electrolysis of zinc sulphate, at cathode zinc will deposit increasing it's weight.
