Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

1 marble = 15g, 150 marbles = ?

We can solve this question using ratio and proportions method.

⇒ 1 marble : 15g :: 150 marbles = x

Product of means = Product of extremes

⇒ 1 × x = 15 × 150

⇒ x = 2250 g

We know that 1 kg = 1000 g

⇒ 2250 g = 2 kg 250 g

Hence the answer in kg is 2.25 kg and in g it is 2250 g.

Hope my answer helped !!

Thanks !!

Answer :

 \bold{In \:grams \: = \: 2250 \: g}

 \bold{In \: kilogrammes \: =   \: 2.25 \: kg}

Explanation :-

Given :

1marble = 15g

150 marbles = ?

Finding the weight in grams :-

1 marble = 15 g

150 marble = 150 x 15 = 2250 g

So, 150 marbles = 2250 grams.

Converting grams into kilogrammes :-

1 kg = 1000 g

2250 g = 2250/1000

2250 g = 2.25 kg.

Hence :

The weight of the 150 marbles :-

In grams = 2250 g

In kilogrammes = 2.25 kg.
