The western ghats are covered with thick evergreen forests while the eastern ghats are covered with deciduous forest (give reason)​

Answer:

Western ghats gey rainfall abundantly from the monsoon winds coming from arabian sea. These are taller in height as compared to eastern ghats. They thus dont let the winds to go to eastern ghats and thus evergreen forests are there in western ghats and not in eastern ghats .
