Solution :-
To calculate the speed of cyclist , at first we have to find the circumference of wheel by applying formula. Then calculate distance with the help of given clue in the question then calculate it's speed in km/h.
Calculation for circumference :-
⇢ Diameter of wheel = 70m
⇢ Radius of wheel = 70/2 = 35m
⇢ Circumference of wheel = 2 × π × r
⇢ 2 × 22/7 × 35
⇢ 2 × 22 × 5
⇢ 44 × 5
⇢ 220m
Calculation for Distance covered :-
⇢ Distance = Circumference of wheel × revolution
⇢ 220 × 720
⇢ 158400m
Calculation for Time taken :-
⇢ Time = revolution/2 sec
⇢ Time = 720/2

Calculation for speed :-
Distance = 158400 m. Time = 360 sec :-
