The Wheel of a car is completing 1200 RPM. On Pressing the accelerator of the car, The wheel makes 4500 RPM after 10 Sec. Compute angular acceleration and angular displacement in 10 sec​

Initial rpm N₁ = 1200 rpm

final rpm. N₂ = 4500 rpm

∴ Initial angular velo ω₁ = 2πN₁/60

= 2πx 1200/60

= 40π rad/s

Final angular velo ω₂ = 2πN₂/60

= 2πx 4500/60

= 150π rad/s

time t = 10 s

∴ Angular acceleration α = dω/dt

= ω₂ - ω₁ /t

= 110 π/10

= 11π rad/s

= 34.57 rad/s

Angular displacement θ = ω₁ t + 1/2 α t²

= 40πx10 + 1/2 x 11π x 100

= 950 π rad

= 2985.71 rad
