Circumference of the the wheel is -

Circumference = π.d

Circumference = 22/7 × 1.4 m

Circumference = 4.4 m

Given that wheel travelled total of 1.1 km = 1100 m.

No of rotations = distance travelled / circumference

No of rotations = 1100 / 4.4

No of rotations = 250

Hence, the wheel completes 250 rotations.
